  1. Services Provided

    ClearComm offers communication coaching, organisational consulting, and decision-making training services. The specific scope, duration, and deliverables of each service are outlined in a separate service agreement provided to the client before commencement.

    All services are delivered virtually or at a location mutually agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

  2. User Responsibilities

    You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

    • You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
    • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
    • You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in sessions is conducted in a respectful and professional manner.
  3. Intellectual Property

    All content, materials, and methodologies provided by ClearComm, including but not limited to training documents, frameworks, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of ClearComm. No license or right is granted to you except as expressly stated in your service agreement.

    You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.

  4. Payment and Refunds

    Fees for services are due as specified in the invoice or service agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

    If a session is cancelled by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full fee for that session remains payable. ClearComm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    ClearComm provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    In no event shall ClearComm be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  6. Termination

    Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our materials and return or destroy any confidential information.

    ClearComm reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach any term of this agreement. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

  7. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    We encourage you to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you should discontinue use of our services.
